Misc

Introduced new shaders, fixing the seraphim colors. Only active on high graphic settings.
New grace period when losing radar coverage. 
    -Now, your unit will not lose its orders if you lose radar coverage of the target for up to 3 seconds.
    -Enemy units under a Stealth Field will still cause the attack order to be lost.


ACU

Veterancy levels made slightly exponential to follow the new veterancy system (and to be consistent with all the exponential values in the game).
     Level1 = 20
     Level2 = 40
     Level3 = 60
     Level4 = 90
     Level5 = 120
OverCharge firing interval reverted to 3.3 seconds (From 5 seconds).


Soul Reaper

Mass cost increased to 34,000.

Novax

Mass cost increased to 28,000

T3 SubHunter

Salvo delay decreased to 1.0 (From 1.5).
    -This increases the DPS to 335 (From 223).


Tempest

Health and MaxHealth increased to 60,000.
Mass cost set to 24,000. 
Buildtime set to 14,400.
Damage per shot set to 8,000 (Now kills any Destroyer and depletes a Shield Boat shield in one shot, like the UEF Battleship does)
MuzzleVelocity increased to 35 (From 30).
Firing Randomness decreased to 0.2 (From 0.3).

Tempest should now be more effective in naval battle, and feel more like an Experimental Unit.


Torrent Missile Ship

AOE decreased to 1.5 (From 5).
Damage per missile decreased to 800 (From 1000).

All strategic t3 subs

Energy cost decreased to 80,000 (From 800,000, which was probably a typo made by GPG).


Shields

After an attack, the shield HP now starts recharging after 3 seconds (From 1 second).

    -This does not affect personal shields.

We felt that bubble shields were too strong to break. One of their roles is as a grace period in the event of an unexpected attack, but they were so effective that there was no counter to them! If you like to turtle, the UEF SCU Parashield, the best shield in the game, is untouched, and much easier to build in a normal situation.
